TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Minimum one hour booking for Temple Massage services. 

Glow Petite Facial and Sole Serenity are 30 minute treatments that can be added to your massage at a discounted rate.

 

Please advise at time of booking of any pregnancies, illness, injuries or allergies. We can adapt our treatments for your individual circumstances.

 

You must notify us at the time of booking if you require a Health Fund Receipt for your Remedial Massage treatment.  Please check with your fund first as some will not recognise Mobile Massage services. Rebate receipts are dependant on accredited therapist availability on the day of your booking.

 

No Public Holiday loading.

Full payment by credit card is accepted at the time of booking. Plus processing Fee 1.4%.  Direct debit is accepted for advanced bookings.  As our team are mobile we prefer not to carry cash.

 

Temple Massage therapists are professionals who are respected in their fields.  We do not tolerate inappropriate sexual advances or comments and reserve the right to terminate the session if we are feeling unsafe. If your professional therapist assesses that it is unsafe to proceed with the treatment, management reserves the right to terminate the session with no refund as per our cancellation policy.

 

Our Association guidelines are strict when it comes to treating people under the affects of drugs and alcohol.  It is not good for your health to receive a treatment while under the affect of drugs or alcohol. Please avoid prior to our arrival and be sure to drink plenty of water afterwards.  If your professional therapist assesses that it is unsafe to proceed with the treatment, management reserves the right to terminate the session with no refund as per our cancellation policy.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations over 48hours – Full refund returned

Cancellations 24-48hours – 50% refund returned

Cancellations 24hours and under – Zero refund returned.

Temple Massage therapists take time away from their private practice to work mobile and as per their contract agreement are to be reimbursed for loss of income in the case of 24 hours and under (same day) cancellations.

 

GROUP BOOKINGS:

Group bookings for prices are available once 4hours of treatments are booked. Prices start at $55 for 30mins. Please contact Temple for prices and treatments information.  50% deposit required on booking confirmation, remainder is to be paid 7 days prior to booked event.  No changes to bookings 7 days prior.

 

CORPORATE BOOKINGS:

Minimum 2 hours $95 per hour per therapist.  
Please contact us for rates if your booking is over 4 hours.
